Eco Series
ERP Series – Eco Recycling Plant is Mizar’s energy-efficient cable recycling solution, engineered for high recovery rates and consistent material purity in a compact, scalable design.
Centered on the FGR Fine Granulator and DES Densimetric Separator, the ERP Series delivers complete copper liberation and precise separation of metal and plastic fractions, even with fine and mixed cable materials.
Optimized material flow, controlled air circulation, and an efficient drive system ensure low energy consumption and stable output quality. Its compact structure allows standalone operation or easy integration into larger recycling lines.
The system is operated via a PLC-controlled touch-screen interface, enabling real-time monitoring with reduced operator dependency. All components are CE-certified and built with industrial-grade materials for durability and low maintenance.
Available in S, M, L, and XL models with capacities up to 2,000 kg/h, the ERP Series offers a flexible and future-ready solution for professional recycling operations.
